Home ServicesOpen your home and get it ready for your visit or return:a. Turn on water.b. Turn up furnace in winter.c. Turn up hot water heater.*Stock refrigerator and/or cupboards with the basics:a. Dairy products (Milk, creamer, eggs etc...)b. Dry foods (Bread, cereal, flour, sugar etc...)c. Take frozen food out to thaw for your first meal back. d. Paper goods & cleaning (Paper towels, toilet tissue, etc...)Light Housekeeping before and after your visit:(I use only biodegradable safe cleaning products)a. Dust and vacuumb. Clean kitchen and bathroomsc. Set out fresh, clean towels and sheetsd. Empty trash and add new linersWatch over vacant home:a. Bring in mail and newspapersb. Rotate Lighting to make home appear occupied.c. Water Plants and trees.
